Schüler biber 2026: geht’s uns gut?

Schüler Biber is the youth edition of BIBER, created together with a student editorial team of 14–17-year-olds from four schools in Vienna and the surrounding area. The issue brings together topics ranging from AI and social media to politics, identity, sport and integration, with the students contributing their own research, perspectives and stories.

The visual language follows that same openness and variety, combining photography, bold typography, illustration and hand-drawn elements. Individual stories shift between playful, informative and more direct treatments, while a consistent graphic and typographic language holds the issue together.

The project encompasses art direction, editorial design, image direction and visual development across the issue.
