#TEAMÖFFILIEBE is the employee magazine of Wiener Linien. The redesign gives the existing publication a more distinctive editorial character while keeping it clear, accessible and easy to navigate.

A flexible typographic and layout system accommodates very different kinds of content, from long-form stories and interviews to shorter formats and service pieces. The visual concept also extends into the photography, with image ideas developed specifically for the magazine rather than relying on a purely graphic treatment of supplied material.

The story unfolds across different moments, combining photography, typography and information into one continuous rhythm.

The visual language shifts with the format—more intimate and focused for interviews, more modular across shorter editorial pieces, while retaining the typographic and graphic language of the issue.
